I. Introduction
With the rapid development of China’s manufacturing industry, CNC (computer numerical control) machining technology has been widely used in the field of aluminum parts manufacturing. However, the problem of residues generated during CNC machining has been troubling enterprises. These residues not only affect the appearance quality of aluminum parts, but also may lead to problems in subsequent processes. Therefore, how to effectively remove aluminum CNC machining residue has become the focus of attention of enterprises.
Second, aluminum CNC machining residue causes
1. cutting fluid: in the CNC machining process, cutting fluid plays a cooling, lubrication and rust prevention role. But the cutting fluid in the use of the process is easy to produce chemical reactions with the surface of aluminum parts, the formation of residues.
2. grease: grease on machining equipment and tools may penetrate into the surface of aluminum parts under the action of high temperature, forming oil stains.
